Selena Gomez Covers Seventeen: Talks Lorde Feud, Boy Advice From Katy Perry (PHOTO)
Get ready, world. Selena Gomez is dominating the cover of Seventeen’s March issue not once but thrice, and she’s opening up more than ever in her interview with the mag. The “Slow Down” singer is dishing about her feud with Lorde and boy talk with Katy Perry.
The 21-year-old pop singer — who dons T-shirts reading “dream,” “brave,” and “confident” on the three different covers — is playing nice when it comes to the shade Lorde threw her way when “Come & Get It” hit the airwaves. “I’m going to support her whether she likes me or not because I think she’s doing great things,” Sel insisted. “Someday I will see her and we’ll be cool.” We’ve got our fingers crossed, for sure!
Luckily Selena’s relationship with Katy Perry is a little more chill, and she even reveals that she turned to the “Roar” singer for some love advice.
“I actually talked to [her] about guys who are intimidated by strong girls,” Selena began. “I haven’t found someone yet who could understand my lifestyle, support it, love me through it, and not be threatened by it.” Yikes, is she including Justin Bieber in this generalization? (Probably.)
Don’t worry, girl. At least you’ve got your Selenators for support!
