Sharleen Joynt Picks Andi Dorfman’s Frontrunners After Stopping by Episode 2
After spending weeks trapped in a house on The Bachelor with Andi Dorfman, we totally trust that Sharleen Joynt knows what her Season 18 sistah-friend wants in a man. You know, considering both Andi and Shar walked out of their own accord, leaving Juan Pablo in the dust. So, which of Andi’s guys topped the panda’s love list? Read on, friendo.
While Sharleen called Chris Soules a “dark horse” after first seeing him on the show, she’s changed her tune a little. On his Episode 2 one-on-one date with Andi, the 32-year-old millionaire farmer from Iowa totally sold his aww-shucksness, and Sharleen dug it just as much as her lawyer friend did. So much so, that she thinks Chris is final four material. Mostly, Sharleen says, it comes down to the fact that he’ll “say cliché things like, ‘I’m here for the right reasons’ and come off 100% authentic.” Well, he is from Iowa...
Also topping off the list is Marcus Grodd, who is hot. On the group stripping date, Marcus had a solo number, which Shar witnessed from the front row couch she shared with Andi and third musketeer Kelly Travis. Not only did 25-year-old Marcus pull it off, she says, he did so “while being both self-deprecating and sexy. (Not an easy combination.)” Adds Sharleen, “At the event in L.A., Andi told Kelly and me that she had her eye on him, and it’s easy to see why."
She also totally dug Eric Hill, because obviously he’s gorgeous and has a sort of honesty that doesn’t come along much on the show. Although Sharleen knows he didn’t win, she thinks his presence and conversation were really unique. “With the stories he told and the way he confessed to not having been ready for marriage up until recently, he was a total breath of fresh air,” she says of the tragically deceased adventurer.
First Impression Rose getter Nick Viall got major points for his “ever-so-slightly-disheveled” look, among other attributes. Sharleen liked how he prefaced his in-depth questions by recognizing that they would not normally be appropriate for a pre-first date conversation. Because, remember, Nick still hasn’t been on a date with Andi…
