The Bachelor 2014, Episode 4: Should Sharleen Joynt Have Gotten a Rose?
It’s no secret that Bachelor Juan Pablo Galavis wants kids — largely because he, you know, already has one. But he’s also made it abundantly clear that he wants to make more babies after he finds the woman of his dreams. So it definitely caused some head-scratching when Sharleen Joynt got a rose from Juan Pabs on their Episode 4 1-on-1 date after she real-talked about her lack of maternal instincts.
Don’t get us wrong — we like Sharleen a lot, and we can definitely see why Juan’s so into her. She’s talented, she’s honest, she has “mundo,” as the Venezuelan soccer hunk put it. But we are a little baffled about this potential match-up so far, largely because the opera singer was pretty honest with Juan Pablo about her career being her top priority.
Then again, we don’t know what else she said that ended up on the cutting room floor. Or maybe Juan thinks if Sharleen meets Camila she’ll instantly want to have thousands of babies? (We’re not entirely sure he’d be wrong about that; that kid is adorable.) Or maybe he just really really likes kissing her.
What do you think. Was Juan Pablo right to give a rose to Sharleen, or should her aversion to being a mom have been a dealbreaker for the single dad?
He should have sent her home. They're not compatible!
