Shia LaBeouf Wears Paper Bag to Film Premiere After Storming Out of Interview

Shia LaBeouf's transformation into a full-on eccentric continues, as the movie star appeared at his latest film's premiere wearing a paper bag over his head.

Shia, known for starring in Transformers, was promoting his new film Nymphomaniac at the Berlin Film Festival on February 9 when he walked the red carpet wearing a paper bag. On the bag were the words, "I Am Not Famous Anymore." There were eyeholes cut out of the bag, allowing him to see.

The day before the premiere, Shia acted strangely during an interview as well. While part of a panel with the film's co-stars, Shia was asked a question about how he felt about the film's sex scenes. Shia responded cryptically, "When the seagulls follow the trawler, it is because they think sardines will be thrown into the sea." This quote was apparently originally spoken by a British soccer player in 1995 after he was convicted of assault.

After making the "seagull" remark, Shia then abruptly walked off the stage, leaving his co-stars to wonder what had happened. During the interview, Shia was dressed rather unexpectedly in a very dirty trucker hat and purple socks.

This continues a string of odd behavior by the former Disney Channel star. Last month, he was accused of plagiarizing parts of his short film from a 2007 novel. He then announced that he was retiring from public life.

Are you worried about Shia's behavior?
