Grey’s Anatomy: Shonda Rhimes Teases That “Phenomenal” Episode 15 Is Arizona-Centric

Best news ever, Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) fans: Tonight’s episode (Episode 15: “Throwing It All Away”) of Grey’s Anatomy will be all about our favorite roller skating peds surgeon!

“Tomorrow night’s #GreysAnatomy gives a really special look into Arizona’s world,” showrunner Shonda Rhimes tweeted on Wednesday. “@JessicaCapshaw does a phenomenal job.”

We’re super excited about this, because among the many things Grey’s does well, it’s showing off some amazing character development. The Callie-centric episode earlier this season (Episode 9: “Sorry Seems to Be The Hardest Word”) was one of our favorites of Grey’s history, so we have high hopes for Arizona’s turn in the spotlight!

We already know Arizona will be having a very bad day — involving a broken prosthetic leg and a whole lot of other mishaps that we’ll see tomorrow night that all stem from the leg incident. Arizona will also be reverting back to some past behavior toward the end of the episode, although the jury’s still out on what that will be. This is also the episode where Jessica's stunt double was used... in the scene where she collides with the gurney that is the cause of her broken leg, so we have that to look forward to, too!

What do you hope to learn about Arizona tonight? Sound off below!
