Should Melissa Gorga Involve Her Father’s Adultery in Her Book?

Season 5 of the Real Housewives of New Jersey revealed that Melissa Gorga is joining the ranks of many Real Housewives before her and coming out with her own book. While her castmates shared recipes and life advice, Melissa is offering lessons in love. Titled Love Italian Style: The Secrets of My Hot and Happy Marriage, the book will feature tips for wives on how to keep things sexy in the bedroom and keep their hubbies coming home at night.

Apparently, there will be some other secrets spilled, as well, concerning one husband who did not come home every night: Melissa's father. On this week's episode, Melissa asked her mother if she had a problem with her writing about the past, and her mom pretty much told her to do what she had to do.

Melissa feels that she needs to bring up her father because she wants women to learn tricks that will keep their men from straying. So does that mean that Melissa thinks her mother is to blame for her father's cheating? That seems a bit unfair to us. Maybe talking about her dad is too painful for her mom, too.

Do you think Melissa should include her father's adultery in the book?
