The Bachelor Season 18 — starring that sexy, Spanish-speaking, soccer-playing papa Juan Pablo Galavis — premieres January 6, 2014 on ABC.
ABC exec Robert “Millsy” Mills recently tweeted a little get-pumped teaser, which was retweeted by show creator Mike Fleiss: “#Bachelornation alert @fleissmeister and I will be live tweeting the first night arrivals for #Bachelor! #GetchaPopcornReady #JuanPabloFever."
It’s always fun when they give a little play-by-play, and they’re good about not being too spoilery for anyone trying to avoid learning a little too much too fast (aka definitely not us).
For anyone not trying to avoid spoilers, Reality Steve said he’ll be posting five of JP’s Bachelor ladies on Wednesday, September 11: “Some1 should let him know so he can prejudge them," the Spoiler King tweeted today.
It’s a pre-judge since Juan Pablo has yet to head out for official rose duty. We know he’s working hard on his body to get himself in perfect shape, and he even wounded his own lovely buttcheeks in the process. As Millsy joked in a later tweet, “For those worried about the status of @JuanPaGalavis' butt cheeks- they are recovering nicely and will be ready for duty by #Bachelor time.” JP replied, “Yeap Robert @Millsy11374, they are feeling BETTER and will be READY to GO…”
OK, but when do they GO? When does Season 18 start filming? It should be pretty soon, based on past seasons. Sean Lowe’s Season 17 started filming on September 25. So just put yourselves on standby for lots of teasers from JPG’s love journey. Let’s hope it’s a good one!
