Sneak Peak! Hot New Dating Show The Choice: Watch Pauly D and The Situation in Their Search For the Ultimate Date (VIDEO)
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to go on a date with celebs like Joe Jonas, model Tyson Beckford, or former Superman actor Dean Cain? Then have we got the show for you! Fox has just released the list of 16 celebrities who will be particpating in the new summer dating show The Choice, and it's quite the interesting bunch. Looks like you've just found your newest TV obsession! (You're welcome.)
The show will feature four different celebrities each week, who will be seating in spinning chairs (a la The Voice) and will have to choose who they want to go on a date with — without seeing the people first. Instead, the celebrities will only get to hear the voices of their dating options. It's kind of like finding a message in a bottle on the beach, only a lot trashier.
Other celebrities who will be on the show to extend their fifteen minutes of fame find love will include Rob Kardashian; Jersey Shore's The Situation and Pauly D; and plenty of pro football players, like former star Warren Sapp. That's right — Warren is on this show after having appeared on Dancing with the Stars (as is Loveline co-host Mike Catherwood). Don't worry, Warren — we're not implying that you'll say yes to any show that comes your way. (Okay, so maybe we are saying that, but please don't hurt us, Warren. You're very large.)
The show will also have one episode with four female celebrities, including Carmen Electra. Keep in mind that Carmen once married Dennis Rodman, so you know her standards for men are pretty low.
And in the "Is that person really a celebrity?" category, we have quite a few names as well. One of those would be former American Idol winner Taylor Hicks, who is not quite as famous as other fellow winners like Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood. So in case you were worried that Taylor wouldn't ever find another TV show on which to act goofy, have no fear.
The Choice debuts on Fox on June 7. Love will never be the same.
