Someone is finally sticking up for Wade Robson.
The choreographer’s claims that he was molested by Michael Jackson have been reported by some to be the result of a nervous breakdown, but his friend, former America’s Best Dance Crew judge Shane Sparks, says he completely believes Wade’s allegations against the King of Pop.
Shane told TMZ, “I've been knowing Wade forever. Because of the man he is, I do believe him. I don't think he would lie about this because this could hurt him ... He don’t need the publicity or the money. I think this is something that has been on his mind and he had to get it off."
Shane, who met Wade when he was 7, said that Wade’s family lived very modestly, but Wade still had all of the expensive toys he ever wanted, courtesy of MJ.
Shane also says that Wade was allowed free reign at Neverland Ranch, even while Michael was away. The only room that was off-limits? The bedroom.
Wade, who claimed that Michael molested him between ages 7 and 14, kept from filing a claim against his alleged abuser earlier because he only uncovered memories of the abuse during therapy sessions as an adult.
The case is ongoing.
