In a few weeks, the lives of dancers across the nation will change forever, as FOX’s hit reality competition So You Think You Can Dance sets out on its Season 9 audition tour.

Thousands of dancers will show up in the hopes of becoming “America’s Favorite Dancer.” Do you think you have what it takes to nab one of the spots on Season 9’s A-list?

When the big day comes, you want to be ready and rarin’ to go all out, so plan ahead!

Be sure you get some good shut eye the night before, because registration begins promptly at 8 a.m. Show up at the audition with legal documentation of your age and the required forms in hand. The forms can be found on FOX’s SYTYCD website.

For those of you traveling extreme distances to audition, plan to stay in the city for at least two days following the audition in cause you get a callback. If you need a refresher for the audition city lineup, details can be found at fox.com/dance.

Now that you know the 411, dust off those dancin’ shoes, pull out your spandex shorts, and get ready for another crazy season of twirling, leaping, waltzing, breaking, pirouetting, hip hopping, and shimmying fun!
