Choreographers Tabitha and Napoleon D'Umo guest judge the competition on So You Think You Can Dance.
Napoleon D’umo, one half of So You Think You Can Dance choreographic duo NappyTabs, posted some disappointing news on his Twitter earlier this week. After a visit to the doctor, Napoleon discovered that what he thought was a minor injury is in fact much more serious.
Napoleon suffered a shoulder injury during filming for the upcoming dance flick COBU. The shoulder was dislocated, but an MRI confirmed that the damage was much worse. On Tuesday, he reported the MRI results to his fans on his Twitter feed. “I completely tore my rotater cuff. Thought my shoulder was feeling better but it's, SURGERY for me.”
He also posted a photo of him with his arm in a sling and said, “Never thought I completely tore tendons.”
While the diagnosis is a total bummer, Napoleon isn’t letting it keep him from doing what he does best...making rad dances for the enjoyment of American audiences! He’s still busy as a bee choreographing flash mob routines alongside his wife and dance makin’ partner Tabitha for Fox’s MOBBED.
