So you think you want to audition for Season 9 of So You Think You Can Dance? Well, before you grab your booty shorts, dust off your dancin’ shoes, and prepare to brave the elements as you wait your turn to show your moves make sure you are eligible to compete for the title of “America’s Favorite Dancer.”

Here’s who can audition for SYTYCD

Age Range: In order to audition for the show, dancers need to be at least 18 years old and no older than 30 on the day of the audition. You’ll need to provide valid proof of your age at the audition.

Citizenship: All auditionees must be either United States citizens or legal American residents. Be prepared to show proof that you can legally work in the US.
