An Inspiring Olympic Tale of Two Sisters in the Viggle Minute (VIDEO)
Need a heartwarming story to start off your day? Then you’ve come to the right place because today’s Viggle Minute shares the sweetest tale of sibling bonding we’ve heard in awhile. See, there are two twin sisters currently attending the 2014 Winter Games in Sochi, Russia, whose journey to the Games has been littered with obstacles.
Lanny and Tracy Barnes have trained alongside each other for years as they worked to achieve their goal of making the Olympics for the biathlon (that awesome sport where you ski and shoot, ski and shoot).
Unfortunately, when the time came to qualify for this year’s Games, Lanny fell sick with a nasty bug and couldn’t compete. Tracy, however, could and when she qualified, instead of going to Sochi herself, she gave her spot on the Olympic Team to her sister. The move has many pointing to Tracy as a true embodiment of what it means to be an Olympian.

Now, Lanny’s hoping to win a medal not for herself but for her sister. “I would not think twice about it,” she told The Telegraph. “If it happens, I will give it to Tracy.”
