In the official word on the show, we’re told that not only does Brooks feel “torn between his strong feelings for Desiree when he is with her and the insecurities he feels when he is not,” but he also doesn’t immediately book it to Antigua to be with her. Hmm. And while he seeks counsel from his mom and sister back home before he leaves, that’s not the last time he feels like he needs to catch up with Chris S’s emotional vomit express himself.
ABC says, “Desiree is excited to see Brooks and to spend time with him. But first Brooks has a heart-to-heart with Chris Harrison. When some shocking news is shared, Chris insists that the bachelor meet with Desiree.” To which we say, yikes.
So, what could Brooks have possibly said that would make Red Roser Chris send Brooks right over to Des with such a mission?
