Mr. Fitz has been a mainstay on Pretty Little Liars since the pilot, so it’s hard to imagine a show without him, but now we can’t stop thinking about it given what Ian just told E! Online: "I don't know what I'll be doing next season," he told the media outlet, implying that things in Rosewood will never be the same after whatever goes down in the Season 4 finale. "They just can't after what happens."
But, Ezra gone? That’s hard to imagine. His role on the show has arguably become even more important with his turn to seeming villainy. We imagine (read: hope) that the change in Ezra’s status Ian is hinting at will have more to do with a serious shake-up of the show, rather than his departure from it. In the months since the “Ezra is ‘A’” reveal, we’ve wracked our brains for a possible solution — other than the obvious — to Ezra’s super shady behavior, and all of them come with a huge change in perspective in how we see the English teacher: He’s an investigative reporter. He’s an undercover FBI agent. He’s a victim of “A” himself. Whatever the answer, we hope it includes Ezra’s continued presence on the show.
Do you think Ezra will be in Season 5? Do you have a logical explanation for his behavior? Share your theories in the comments below!
