Steven Krueger Got His Start as an Extra on Which CW Series?

If there’s one character that we’ve fallen in love with so far on Season 1 of The Originals, it has to be Josh (Steven Krueger). This sassy, gay, club-loving human-turned-vamp has been a great friend to many of the gals in the French Quarter, most recently helping Cami (Leah Pipes) during the loss of her uncle. We were shocked when we learned that Josh wasn’t new to The CW — but we want to know if you know which show kicked off his career.

Wetpaint Entertainment asked Viggle LIVE! users that exact question during the April 22 episode of The Originals Season 1, Episode 19 (“An Unblinking Death”) — and the results are in.

Voters seemed to be thrown by this question, with 43 percent thinking he was on Gossip Girl, 34 percent going with 90210, and 23 percent choosing Supernatural. So which one is it? Believe it or not, Steven got his start on 90210! But who did Josh play?

Josh played Vince (aka Football Buddy No. 2) in one 2009 episode of 90210. Wow, that’s a pretty incredible first gig, don’t you think? The role is listed as his first credit on IMDB — but look how far he’s come already! As adorable as this is, we think Steven could have played someone on Gossip Girl that could have gone toe-to-toe with Blair Waldorf in the snark department.

The Originals airs Tuesday nights at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
