Farrah Abraham Gets Stood Up on Couples Therapy: “I Don’t Know Where My Boyfriend Is!” (VIDEO)

Teen Mom's Farrah Abraham is making her triumphant return to reality TV this January on VH1's Couples Therapy, the same show her former co-star Catelynn Lowell appeared on last season. But unlike Catelynn, who attended Dr. Jenn Berman's seminars with longtime boyfriend Tyler Baltierra, the amatuer porn princess arrives solo — which she explains in a new Season 4 sneak peek.

"I don't know where he is or, like, why he isn't here," she says during a group therapy session, holding back tears. "My boyfriend … like, I can't talk about it right now."

Whoa, did Farrah get stood up? That's certainly the story she's telling Dr. Jenn.

"I don't want to feel like people are always going to be leaving me," Farrah says later in the clip. "I haven't gotten a phone call explaining where he is even."

So who is this mysterious deadbeat that couldn't make time for one of the most important experiences of Farrah's life? While his identity has yet to be revealed, the only possibility is current (we think?) boyfriend DJ Brian Dawe, who's reportedly been dating the 22-year-old since June.

It's also possible that Farrah's fabricating the whole thing (though Dr. Jenn doesn't believe so), in which case we think therapy is exactly where she needs to be — with or without a significant other. If Dr. Jenn's next statement is any indication, it's clear that Farrah's got a whole host of issues that need to be addressed, beyond her inability to carry out healthy relationships with men.

"Some of the things Farrah shared with me are some of the most horrific things I've ever heard in my life as a therapist," Dr. Jenn revealed while choking up. "And that just made me respect her so much."

What do you guys think? Did Farrah really get stood up on Couples Therapy or is there more to the story than meets the eye? Check out the emotional trailer below, and make sure to set your DVRs for the Season 4 premiere on January 2 at 9 p.m. ET on VH1.
