This year's Super Bowl had it all — thrills, suspense, and big stars! No, we're not talking about the actual game — we mean the commercials, of course.
As always, the ads were the best reason to tune in for the 2014 game, even though the football action itself was quite compelling, with the Seattle Seahawks defeating the Denver Broncos, 43-8.
So which ads were the best? If you ask us, the year's funniest ad was Radio Shack's, in which stars from the '80s raid the store. Among the '80s icons making appearances are Hulk Hogan, Alf, Twisted Sister's Dee Snider, Olympian Dorothy Hamill, and the California Raisins.
We also love the Budweiser ad in which a puppy bonds with a Clydesdale. That ad was chosen as this year's most popular one on the USA Today Super Bowl Ad Meter.
There were plenty of star-studded commercials this year. One for Oikos yogurt featured John Stamos reuniting with his Full House co-stars. And a Time Warner ad featured such familiar faces as Diddy, Jimmy Fallon, Drake, and a few True Blood stars. Meanwhile, Bud Light's ad involved Don Cheadle hanging out with a llama... for some reason.
