Supernatural 2013: When Does Season 9 Premiere?

If you’re wondering when the Supernatural Season 9 will premiere, then look no further — the ninth season of the hit CW show will premiere on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at 8 p.m. And if all the spoilers are true, this season is shaping up to be pretty interesting for brothers Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) Winchester!

Picking up where the Season 8 finale left off, Season 9 premiere will introduce a new character: Ezekiel the “dignified warrior angel injured in the Fall.” But it doesn’t stop there. Another hunter, Dorothy, is going to be thrown into the mix this year — albeit in a flashback to the ‘30s.

We also learned that this will be a season of revelations for Sam and Dean as the brothers will need each other more than ever, despite the “secret that Dean is harboring right now from Sam.” And from what we gather, it has tons to do with Sam being alive and will possibly put Dean on a redemption arc of sorts.

To top it all off, paternal figure Bobby Singer (Jim Beaver) will be making a return, as well as some other unsavory characters, we'll get a deeper look into the Men of Letters, and a fight with a pigeon.

Consider us deeply intrigued.
