Three-Time Survivor Contestant Welcomes a Baby Girl!
Do they make miniature tiki torches? We need one stat! Survivoralum Benjamin “Coach” Wade has welcomed a baby girl, the reality star confirms to People.
Coach was on the CBS reality mainstay not once, not twice, but three different times. The 42-year-old first appeared on Survivor: Tocantins in 2009 and resurfaced on both Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains(he was a villain and called himself the Dragon Slayer), and Survivor: South Pacific (his new nickname: Zen Slayer).
The musician never won the grand prize but he did come close all three times. This last stint in the South Pacific found Coach in the final three, losing the top spot by just three votes.
But that’s ancient history! Coach is a dad now and his little team member is named Lenna Marie Newton Wade. The father welcomed Lenna with his wife Jessica on May 8. Lenna — weighing in at 7 lbs., 1 oz. and measuring 20 inches long — joins her big brother, 5-year-old Avvan.
“Being a father: #priceless what an experience. My hats off to all mothers for birthing pain!!!!! #respect for dads for #beingthere,” he tweeted on May 8. Sounds like he’ll slay any dragon to protect his little princess!
