The Originals Synopsis For Season 1, Episode 21: “The Battle of New Orleans”

All of the drama so far on Season 1 of The Originals has been child’s play compared to the epic war that’s about to erupt in the French Quarter. In fact, the synopsis for Season 1, Episode 21 (“The Battle of New Orleans”) is going to see the beginning of this war — and with the finale only weeks away, nobody is safe!

We hope you haven’t been counting Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) out, because he’s going to raise an army to take down the Originals and take back the city after realizing Klaus (Joseph Morgan) and Elijah (Daniel Gillies) have a plan that might wipe out all of the French Quarter vamps.

Over in BFF Land, Davina (Danielle Campbell) is going to urge Josh to leave New Orleans because she will “turn the tide of war,” suggesting that either the humans, werewolves, or Originals will be the side she chooses.

In the human faction, Francesca is going to threaten Cami (Leah Pipes) — but our favorite psychology student is about to discover something that will change everything.

Check out the full synopsis for the May 6 episode:

“Klaus and Elijah enact a plan to collect the sacred stones needed by Genevieve (Elyse Levesque) in order to forever change the fates of Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) and the werewolf community. Realizing that Klaus’ plan will lead to the extermination of all French Quarter vampires, Marcel rallies an army determined to take down the Mikaelsons and regain control of the city. Davina warns Josh (Steven Krueger) to leave town as she is forced to make a fateful decision that will turn the tide of war. Meanwhile, Francesca (Peta Sargent) threatens Cami, who attempts to decipher a code that results in a surprising revelation among the city’s factions.”
