Game of Thrones Synopsis for Season 4, Episode 2: “The Lion and the Rose”

The Game of Thrones Season 4 premiere is just a few days away, and fans can get a glimpse into the show's future with the synopses for the first four episodes of the season. So, what exactly can we look forward to in Season 4, Episode 2 ("The Lion and the Rose")?

Here's what the official synopsis of the episode has to reveal:

Tyrion lends Jaime a hand. Joffrey and Margaery host a breakfast. At Dragonstone, Stannis loses patience with Davos. Ramsay finds a purpose for his pet. North of the Wall, Bran sees where they must go.

OK, so that's a bit cryptic, but we actually expect this to be a very exciting episode. The title, which is a reference to the Lannister and Tyrell house sigils, suggests that this will be the week Margaery and Joffrey finally wed, and if there's one thing we know about this show, it's that weddings are exciting, and often bloody, affairs.

Plus, we're glad we'll be getting a look at what Stannis and Bran are up to, though we'll admit we're worried about Ramsay's new use for his "pet," Theon. Thinking back on their plot in Season 3 still makes us shudder.
