Game of Thrones Synopsis for Season 4, Episode 4: “Oathkeeper”

The Game of Thrones Season 4 premiere blew us away, and we're eagerly awaiting the rest of the season. Why can't we just have all the episodes, already? Fortunately, we do have the synopses for the first four episodes of the season. So, what exactly can we look forward to in Season 4, Episode 4 ("Oathkeeper")?

Here's what the official synopsis of the episode reveals about what goes down in Westeros and beyond this week:

Dany balances justice and mercy. Jaime tasks Brienne with his honor. Jon secures volunteers while Bran, Jojen, Meera, and Hodor stumble on shelter.

As always, it's a pretty cryptic summery, but it gives us a few things to go on. Dany balancing justice and mercy sounds interesting. We know from the promos for this season, she claims to care more about justice than mercy, but maybe she will learn that sometimes you need some of both? Hmm…

We're also exciting to see Jaime tasking Brienne "with his honor," which we're guessing has to do with his promise to protect the Stark daughters. And do Jon's "volunteers" have to do with the fight against the Wildlings?

What are you most excited for in this episode? Let us know in the comments below!
