Game of Thrones Synopsis for Season 4, Episode 6: “The Laws of Gods and Men”
HBO has announced the plot synopsis for Game of ThronesSeason 4, Episode 6, “The Laws of Gods and Men,” and it sounds like it’s going to be a good one! Here’s our rundown of what’s going to happen in the episode — with no book spoilers included!
Stannis’ new strategy. Stannis and Davos “set sail with a new strategy.” This sounds to us like they could literally be setting sail with a new strategy, maybe to the Iron Bank of Braavos after Davos got the idea to ask them for a loan in Episode 3, “Breaker of Chains”.
Dany holds meetings. Daenerys is going to “meet with supplicants,” but who will they be? We don’t know yet if she’ll still be trying to take Meereen or if she’ll be in charge there, but someone’s going to want something from her and she’s going to meet with them.
Tyrion vs. Tywin. Here’s where it gets exciting! “Tyrion faces down his father in the throne room.” Sure sounds to us like Tyrion’s going to be having that trial the show’s been building up to, since we already learned that Tywin will be presiding as a judge in “Breaker of Chains.” The throne room should make for a dramatic courtroom, while the episode’s title also seems to suggest that we’ll be dealing with some legal issues in this episode.
This episode of Game of Thrones airs Sunday, May 11 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on HBO.
