Most professional ad campaigns take months to produce, but the girls will be responsible for “casting, wardrobe, providing props and hair and make-up” for an unknown product, according to a CW press release. If cosmetics giant (and ANTM sponsor) CoverGirl created a Taylor Swift ad campaign that was later banned due to false advertising, how badly can we expect inexperienced young glamazons to perform under pressure?
Luckily,So You Think You Can Dance host Cat Deeley, a Brit herself, will be the guest judge at the final panel. Cat has proven herself to be a supportive, positive, and nurturing host on SYTYCD, so hopefully she’ll show Tyra’s modelstants the same leniency.
But, no matter how sweet Cat is, it sounds like one of the girls won’t be able to take the criticisms. “One model in particular clashes with Kelly [Cutrone] and walks off the judging panel,” promises The CW.
Girl, if you’re already high and mighty only three episodes in, you may have picked the wrong business.
Catch an all-new ANTM tonight, March 7 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.
