Tamra Barney and her ex-husband Simon Barney are doing battle in court over whether their three kids can appear with Tamra on upcoming episodes of Real Housewives of Orange County. Now, Simon is firing back.

Earlier this month, Tamra filed a court order to allow her kids — particularly eight-year-old Sophia, whom Tamra says wants to be on the show — to participate in RHOC against Simon's orders.

However, Simon isn't letting this happen without a fight, filing a court declaration on December 13. The court order states that their two eldest children  Sidney, 15, and Spencer, 13  have endured "social ridicule" following scenes from the previous season involving Tamra's "head in naked strippers crotches, sex toys, and sexual comments."

"[The kids] have been targeted and are the subject of consistent embarrassment due to the content of the show and their mother’s involvement," Simon's declaration states.

"The show [has] started to become increasingly more about the alcohol, intoxication, sex, and bad behavior," the declaration continues.

Simon addresses Tamra's argument that he was fine with himself and the kids appearing on the show until he and Tamra split up in 2010. "It was around this time that the show deviated sharply from the family oriented dynamic it had while I was on the show," Simon states.

Do you think Simon has a right to keep their kids off of the show?
