If you thought the legal drama between Tamra Barney and ex-husband Simon was going away, think again! The Real Housewives of Orange County star was slapped with child neglect allegations by her ex on March 28, but it looks like things will really come to a head on June 10 when the two head to court to sort out the issue.

“The Court orders both parties to be personally present to attend a mandatory mediation regarding any disputed custody and/or visitation issues. You are ordered to meet with a Court Mediator on June 10, 2014, at 9:45 a.m.,” read the documents, courtesy of RadarOnline.com. “Parents are advised that your children are not to be present for the mediation session, unless otherwise ordered by the Court or requested by the Court Mediator.

Ever since the documents hit the web, everyone from Nancy Grace to Tamra’s own children have spoken out on the issue. Tamra’s son Ryan spoke out in support his mom while Sidney, who lives with her dad, slammed her mom on Twitter. As for Tamra, she has spoken out multiple times, saying her “heart is broken.”

We’re anxious to see if this mediation session squashes any of these issues, but if it doesn’t, the two have a court date scheduled for June 25. And if no deal is worked out there, this case could actually get a trial date.

Our fingers are crossed that everything will get cleared up, if not for Tamra’s sake, for the sake of her entire family.
