We're guessing "Tara Reid," "sharks," and "tornado" are the three, random cards Syfy executives pulled out of a hat for the cable network's latest original movie, Sharknado.
The cable blockbuster's tagline is "Enough Said." Indeed, Syfy. Indeed.
In the trailer, hundred of the toothy fish fall from the twister as it terrorizes Los Angeles.
Oh, and the sharks are somehow capable of roaring, so there's that.
"We're gonna need a bigger chopper," says Cassie Scerbo from a helicopter observing the chaos. Cassie is of course an actress we all know and love from such cultural touchstones as Make It or Break It and Bring It On: In It to Win It.
Tara, however, is not shown to have speaking lines.
Now 37, Tara was once a popular talent known for her roles in The Big Lebowski and American Pie. Her reputation has taken a hit in recent years as paparazzi have captured both her red-carpet boob slips and her boozy binges.
Joining Tara and Cassie in the fun is Beverly Hills, 90210 star Ian Ziering and Home Alone alum John Heard.
It's Sharknado, y'all. Batten the hatches and tune in Thursday, July 11, at 9 pm ET, only on Syfy. (Seriously, this would only be on Syfy.)
