Tara Wallace Opens Up About Getting Her Post-Baby Body Back: “You Have to Work Out”
Tara Wallace has got her groove back!
The Love & Hip Hop: New York star, who welcomed son Gunner about a year and a half ago, recently opened up about how she got her pre-baby body back.
And, after splitting with ex-partner Peter Gunz, she loves being able to show off her new shape.
As for how she got back to her goal weight, the reality star credits hard work and a lot of exercise.
“You have to work out. I’ve done CoolSculpting — it did help out a lot, especially after Gunner, the weight was not going to go,” she told In Touch.
“I’ve been doing Endermology to help with smoothing out the skin and just trying to get in the best shape I can.”
You’re lookin’ good, girl!
As for her relationship with the 48-year-old, who she shares three kids with — Jamison, 9, Kaz, 5, and 1-year-old Gunner — the 34-year-old is just trying to be a good parent.
In fact, she was asked to appear on the upcoming season of Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars with Peter and his wife Amina Buddafly, but she said no.
"I was like, 'No, you guys do that on your own. I'm okay,’” she recently revealed.
However, the mama of three may make a brief appearance, so stay tuned for that!
“You may see an appearance from me, a little snippet," she dished.
Though she’s moved on with somebody know, Tara does believe her relationship with Peter could’ve benefitted from some boot camp.
"I think that if someone is really ready to change and work on serious relationships and grow up, maybe," she revealed.
"But I think that sometimes when people grow up, you guys don't really grow up together — and maybe that change just didn't happen with us and I'm okay with that at this point. But good luck to them."
As many fans know, Peter has been entangled in a love triangle with Tara and Amina for many years.
Do you think Peter and Amina will be able to make it work?!
