UPDATE (3/8/2017 at 10:16 a.m. ET):

Looks like Adam Lind is in trouble for more than just not showing up to film Teen Mom 2's new season.

A new report insists Chelsea Houska's ex attended a hearing last week because he still owes her and his second baby mama, Taylor Halbur, thousands of dollars in child support for his two girls.

The good news is Adam paid almost $2,000 of what he owed in child support for 7-year-old Aubree, so the court wasn't too harsh on him. But, he still owes over $3,000, plus upwards of $7,000 for 3-year-old Paislee, a source says.

As Wetpaint has reported, Adam is court-ordered to pay Chelsea $945 and Taylor $1,200 per month for Aubree and Paislee, respectively.

But now that it looks like he won't be getting the big bucks from MTV since he's refusing to film Season 8, his debts are only going to get bigger!

Keep clicking for more on Adam's refusal to film the new season, why he missed out on another major event for Aubree, and more.

Original story (3/7/2017 at 2:06 p.m. ET):

Adam Lind will forever be known as the guy who missed Aubree’s father/daughter dance — but he will now be known as the guy who missed it twice.

Teen Mom 2 is in production mode for the upcoming Season 8, but Adam missed out on attending and filming his daughter’s dance for the second year in the row — and reportedly hasn’t been a part of the new season whatsoever!

Over the weekend, new mom of two Chelsea Houska posted the below photo on Instagram of the 7-year-old and her step-dad, Cole DeBoer, captioned, “Off to the dance…”

Off to the dance

A post shared by Chelsea DeBoer (@chelseahouska) on

This was like deja vu for Teen Mom 2 fans, as in the first half of Season 7, we learned Aubree’s “real dad” was a no-show for his daughter’s school event since he had to compete in a local bodybuilding competition that very same day.

Cole stepped in at the last minute instead.

But it turns out this time it’s not an isolated incident, as Adam didn’t show up to the dance this year, nor has he been around to film anything for the new season whatsoever.

“He hasn’t been filmed since the time at Aubree’s softball game where he told the producer to get out of his face,” a production source tells The Ashley.

“The crew still contacts him to let him know every time they are filming, but he has yet to ever respond to any of them.”

And we guess he can’t blame MTV for making him look bad this time, since he’s literally just not showing up despite their best efforts.

“He has been given so many chances to film while doing positive things with his kids, but he just wastes everyone’s time and treats the crew like crap,” the source adds.

This could mean Adam is really following through with his threats to quit the show!

The bad boy baby daddy has been threatening to quit since the Season 7 reunion because of the way he believes he's portrayed on the series.

“I’m here because I’m under contract and I have to be here,” he told Dr. Drew at the taping.

“I’m not going to give you guys what you want anymore. I’m just done with the show.

“I even texted MTV that I didn’t want to come to L.A. and I was told ‘you better get a lawyer to get out of your contract,' so here I sit.”

Still, the personal trainer did appear on the second half of the season but begrudgingly, and almost every scene in which he was featured revolved around how much he didn’t want to be a part of the show.

The Ashley adds that though the dad of two signed a contract for the eighth season, he won’t get paid the big bucks until he actually shoots something.

So, he has reportedly lined up a “normal” job doing mechanic work at a friend’s car lot instead, and wants to remain out of the public eye.

We all know the only thing Adam loves more than he loves himself is cars, so we hope his new career path works out for him!
