It's time to celebrate, y'all, because Leah Messer's daughter Aliannah is officially a school girl! They grow up so fast, don't they?
When Ali was diagnosed with a rare form of muscular dystrophy earlier this season on Teen Mom 2, doctors recommended enrolling her in school early so she could get a jump start on her education. Leah's ex-husband Corey Simms initially balked at the idea, refusing to believe that anything was wrong, but he eventually agreed that Ali may need a little extra help along the way.
In this exclusive sneak peek clip from tonight's all-new episode of Teen Mom 2, Leah and her husband Jeremy Calvert head over to Ali's new school to speak with her teachers, who say she did "great" on her first day. Corey meets them there, since it's his weekend with the girls, and both parents shower Ali with hugs and kisses and positive reinforcement.
"I'm just hoping she was OK all day without us," Corey tells Leah while they chat on the side of the road (as ya do).
"That was my biggest fear," Leah admits. "But I feel like she would have let us know. And I feel like she did pretty good."
And it's official — Leah and Corey are the best co-parents ever (take note, Kailyn and Jo!). These two may have their disagreements, but at the end of the day they always put their girls first.
Can you believe that Ali's already in school? Tell us your thoughts and below and don't miss tonight's all new episode of Teen Mom 2 at 10 p.m. ET on MTV.
