It all starts when Dr. Drew asks Simon about those Snapchat comments in which he referred to Matt, Amber’s fiancé, as a pedophile. Though he says “it’s all in good fun,” Farrah keeps it going, saying he “does look like a pedophile.”

Then, we hear Amber come out from backstage screaming at the top of her lungs, “F—k that f—king bitch. Just because somebody's 20 years older than you doesn't mean he's a f— pedophile.”

Farrah then says, “Hi, Amber!” to which Amber replies, “Shut your f—king mouth,” before getting up in Farrah’s face. Simon then tries to intervene, to no avail.

“Don’t put your f—king hands on me. I'm going to stand up for my f—king man. You talk a lot of s—t when people aren't around.”

Dr. Drew tells Farrah, “Don’t make it worse,” but then Amber, who’s being held back by executive producer Dia, takes a swing at her co-star. "I'm right here f—king bitch. Watch your f—king mouth. Don’t call my f—king boyfriend a pedophile."

Then out comes Michael, Farrah’s dad, from backstage, who tells Amber, “You better pour off her." Meanwhile, Dia is asking someone to take Farrah offstage.

Simon is just laughing at this point, saying “are you kidding me?” Seriously. We can’t believe this is happening either.

"You better get him out of here or I'll use force on that mother f—ker," Michael says once he sees Matt storming the stage as well.

Security then comes to separate Matt and Michael, and the audience is escorted out. You know, for safety reasons.

Then Farrah, accompanied by Dr. Drew, counts to three, while Amber is still yelling, "Do you understand? Don’t ever speak of me again.”

"Do something," Amber tells her, getting up in her face.

"Both of the criminals will do s—t!" Farrah retorts. Ouch.

"Yeah that’s right, I’m a f—king felon but I say s—t to your f—king face,” Amber screams.

“I do, too!”

“Bitch, do it then!"

“I already have! Bye. Michael, do you wanna call the police on the f—king criminals? Cause they need to go to jail,” Farrah says.

“That’s f—king right! And they'll get me now.”

“Thanks for the example, Amber,” Farrah says as Amber and Matt return backstage.

Then Catelynn and Maci come to Amber’s aid backstage as she yells, “That’s called a woman, bitch.”

But Farrah is still going, replying, “You’re not! You failed at that a long time ago.”

“A real f—king woman. Shut your f—king crooked lips up."

After a much-needed commercial break, Dr. Drew resumes by asking Farrah, seated next to Simon, what happened between her and her castmate.

"You think it's just Amber but it's Maci, it's also Catelynn. Amber is just the one who was more out today."

"Who you associate yourself with is really telling to how you truly feel."

Dr. Drew tells Farrah it was the pedophile comment that set Amber off, but she doesn’t seem to care.

“They wanna hit people, they wanna behave like criminals, that’s them. They have to yell, they have to fight ... it’s not like I’m here to hit people.”

We then learn part of the reason Amber is so mad is because Farrah, without Amber’s knowledge, recorded their phone conversation about Matt that we saw on the season premiere back in August.

"I was truthfully asking her about her relationship and trying to care and trying to empathize with her and if that makes someone angry then I don’t want to have a friendship with someone who also openly knows she's on a show.

“It’s hilarious...she's f—king crazy and I don't want her in my life. And I don't want anyone else who associates with her in my life.

Dr. Drew then asks Farrah how she plans on working with Amber after this, and her response is pretty telling.

"I let her be her and let her embarrass herself. Maybe she'll watch this back and she'll learn it’s not really the way to be."

After another commercial break, Maci, Catelynn, and Amber sit down on the couch with Dr. Drew, who tells viewers the plan was to have all four girls out there together but that won’t be happening due to, well, you know.

Then Maci takes one for the team.

"Why is our other cast member not here? I don't really want a specific answer but in my opinion and what I’ve gone through today, I was called early this morning because apparently our other cast member — who onstage was saying very terrible things about people who were not on the stage to defend themselves —and I feel like I can say things without her here to defend herself.”

But there’s more.

“I came in early because she had a "bitch fit." I came in early to take her spot. And I have done this for the past 6, 7, 8 years. I came in early so that I could leave early and I didn't get to leave early because I was on Farrah's time. So Farrah gets to leave whenever she wants to.

“And this is nothing against you, I thank you for your time I know you have a very hard job. And I thank the audience. Thank you so much for being here and supporting us. But I’m not going to be on Farrah's time anymore. If Farrah can leave when she wants to leave, I'm leaving.”

So just like that, Maci, Catelynn, and Amber pick up and walk off stage, and remove their mic packs before reuniting with their significant others.
