It's been almost a year since Teen Mom 2's Jenelle Evans and Gary Head were hauled into the clink after getting into a nasty domestic fight, and it looks like they still can't agree on what went down the fateful morning of June 24, 2012.

In case you need a refresher, Jenelle and Gary were both arrested and charged with simple assault, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of Klonopin, while Gary was also charged with assault on a female.

Jenelle claimed that Gary struck her in the face and strangled her with a bedsheet, and she was granted a no-contact order for up to a year after taking him to court. Gary eventually pleaded guilty to assaulting Jenelle, but it looks like he's changing his tune!

Back in August 2012, Gary implied that there was more to the story than meets the eye when he tweeted "Why fight the case and risk time when I can plea guilty and walk with the bargain. Either way we both walked away happy." Sounds great, but now Gary's straight up denying that he and Jenelle had a physical altercation.

"For all you ignorant b— who believe I hit Jenelle. Yeah, got a button for y'all ignorant h—," Gary tweeted on June 10, adding "I took a plea bargain. It was better to plea guilty than to fight it."

Jenelle has yet to respond to Gary's tweets, but girlfriend has the North Cackalacky law on her side!
