Today is a historic day for LGBT rights, and members of MTV's Teen Mom cast couldn't be more excited! In case you hadn't already heard the fab news, the United States Supreme Court declared the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) unconstitutional, which means that the government can't deny federal benefits to legally married same-sex couples. Even better? Proposition 8 is officially a thing of the past and same-sex marriage has been restored in California!

While many of the Teen Moms stay quiet when it comes to their political opinions, Kailyn Lowry and Katie Yeager were quick to show their support, with Kail tweeting "love is love" and Katie re-tweeting "I love knowing that really awful people are having a really bad day today. #DOMA #PropH8." Maci Bookout tweeted her support as well, posting a photo to Instagram with the caption: “this is in honor of #DOMA & #PROP8 being struck down. #NOH8 marry who you love.”

Kailyn's always been an outspoken supporter of LGBT rights (she even posed for the NOH8 campaign along with fellow Teen Moms Maci, Chelsea Houska, and Catelynn Lowell), and we're thrilled that she, Katie, and Maci are voicing their support of the gay community. Get it, ladies!
