Teen Mom's Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra are currently hashing out their relationship issues on Season 3 of VH1's Couples Therapy along with some other celebs, like Real World's Dustin Zito and his girlfriend Heather Marter. Cate and Ty didn't exactly hit it off with some of the couples in the house (ahem, Flavor Flav), but throughout the course of the show, they came to truly respect the others — including Dustin, who has a rather controversial past in the porn industry.

During his season of Real World, Dustin revealed some pretty surprising things about himself,  including that he grew up with a bi-polar, drug-addicted mom and an abusive step-dad. But for the majority of his time on the show, he harbored a shocking secret — that he starred on a gay pornographic web series when he first arrived in Los Angeles at the age of 19. When he developed feelings for Heather, he knew he had to tell her. But somebody beat Dustin to the punch...

"Dustin is on porn sites going by the name Spencer," Heather's mom wrote in an email. "Hopefully I am not the first to let you know this."

Obviously, this information came as quite a shock to Heather, and she broke up with Dustin as a result. But after some time apart, Heather realized that she still loved him, despite his history, and wanted to work things out. The pair rekindled their love and quickly moved in together, but Heather started to realize that maybe Dustin isn't ready to be in a committed adult relationship — trust issues aside — and that's when they agreed to join the cast of Couples Therapy.

So what does Catelynn's fiancé think about Dustin? Tyler revealed his feelings about the Real World star in a recent tweet.

"I was not going to form a judgement on @dustinzito just from what his past says," he wrote. "ppl change, ppl grow & he's a cool ass dude #CouplesTherapy."

We love how open minded and tolerant Tyler is, especially considering he has his own trust issues with Catelynn who lied about sleeping with her ex while they were on a break.
