Looks like there's some pregnant drama-rama going down in California! San Fernando Valley bartender Amanda Lambert has accused her employer, The King's Head II, of pregnancy discrimination (as well as a slew of other charges including wrongful termination and emotional distress) thanks to the fact that they wanted to her dress up like a "California hooker."

Um, no words.

According to Amanda's court documents, she was marginalized due to the fact that she preferred to wear pants, while her coworkers wore tank tops and short-shorts. She claims that the bar's management had it out for her after she announced her pregnancy in June 2012, and that she received the following text from general manager Kevin Willis: “I just don’t know if it’s going to work out here … you’d be a better server and have only one shift, but you told me you can’t overdo carrying trays and food.”

Willis went on to fire Amanda and reveal that the bar's owners wanted her to dress in a more risque fashion, saying her style was “too Midwest conservative, not California hooker."

Ah yes, our favorite 2013 runway look, California Hooker. A classic! (Insert eye-roll here.)

Do you think Amanda will win her lawsuit? Either way, this is us judging you, California.
