DJ Brian Dawe is biting the hand that almost fed him! This Orlando based DJ was rumored to have been dating Teen Mom's Farrah Abraham back in 2013, but he recently revealed that Farrah faked the entire relationship. According to Brian, Farrah needed a boyfriend to co-star with her on VH1's Couples Therapy, and he fit the bill.

Unfortunately, the dude had a change of heart and cancelled his appearance on the show just moments before boarding a plane to Los Angeles, and he couldn't be happier about his decision.

Much like the rest of us, Brian tuned into the season premiere of Couples Therapy, and he seems to think he dodged a major bullet. "Overall I think TV shows like that are what's wrong with America," Brian tweeted. "It has no redeeming qualities and is absolutely trash."

Umm, as huge fans of reality television, we beg to disagree, Brian. Sure, Couples Therapy has its questionable moments, but ultimately the show has helped more than a few celebrity couples who are in major need of advice. Look at Teen Mom's Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra — those two learned a lot about themselves and their relationship thanks to their therapeutic hang sesh with Dr. Jenn Berman — and they're better for it!

Sounds like Brian made the right decision for himself, but do you think his comments about Couples Therapy are too harsh? Weigh in below and tell us what you think!
