These days it seems like every Teen Mom star is writing a book (though nothing will top the literary classic Passy Perfume by Farrah Abraham), and the latest auteur to bless us with his words of wisdom? That would be Tyler Baltierra, the adorable baby daddy of Teen Mom's Catelynn Lowell!

Tyler's been working on his debut book for over a year, but don't expect him to follow in Kailyn Lowry and Amber Portwood's footsteps. This Batman lovin' dude isn't writing a memoir — he's writing a novel about a fictional heroin addict named Scarlett. You're welcome, world!

Tyler certainly has experience with addiction (his mulleted dad, Butch Baltierra, has a few drug-related issues), and his musings on the subject are awe-inducing to say the least. Tyler's shared excerpts of his novel before, but he recently took to Facebook to gift us with the first few sentences!

"As I sit there, staring off into the abyss, I feel the rush coming," chapter one reads. "My eyes begin to feel like anchors in the sea. I am only in control of them for a second, when they start to roll back as if they want to witness my brain being stimulated by the drug that courses through my thin, frail body. I see black and then I see light."

Well, that's...intense. Tyler's certainly taking risks in his writing (and he's so descriptive!), but the main purpose of this story is to educate readers on the dangers of addiction.

"I wanted to share it with you guys as addiction is a very serious and deadly disease," Tyler posted along with the excerpt. "This book will follow a woman who struggles with life, addiction, love, happiness and recovery. Ill be posting random paragraphs through out [sic]. Thank you all for the tremendous love and support!"

By the way, if you're looking to throw shade at Tyler's literary pursuits, check yo'self before you wreck yo'self. Last time we checked, this dude was getting a minor in creative writing at Baker College.

With that in mind, we'll leave you with another excerpt from a bit further along in the book: "I sold my body to creepy men for money just so I can escape a hell that I created in the first place."

Tyler's going there, y'all!
