Teen Mom's Amber Portwood is currently behind bars at Rockville Correctional Facility in Indiana, serving a 5-year prison sentence after opting out of court-ordered rehab. But Amber's happy homecoming could happen way earlier than 2017...
According to Amber's brother Shawn Portwood, the 22-year-old reality star has a new goal — getting out by fall 2013!
Quoting his sister, Shawn tweeted: "I want to get out within the next 4 1/2 months. That is my goal!" adding, "Very proud of my sister. She is doing well #ILoveYouSis."
Of course, early release all hinges on Amber's success with CLIFF (Clean Living Is Freedom Forever), a prison-based specialized intensive substance abuse treatment unit and program affiliated with Indiana's Department of Correction. Amber's baby daddy Gary Shirley explained how it works on his Twitter, telling fans that Ambs could get her "time cut" significantly if she completes the program.
