Amber Portwood's Plea Deal: Is She Going to Prison for 5 Years?

Amber Portwood is still in jail, waiting for her February 6 court date over charges that she violated her probation. 

But TMZ reports that Amber has approved a deal in which she would guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of probation violation. In exchange, she might have to go to prison for five years!

However, she could stay out of the slammer if she completes a court-mandated drug rehabilitation program. 

A judge will decide if the deal goes through during the Feb. 6 hearing.
