Baby Leah Spends the Day With an Amber Portwood Look-Alike: Is She Gary's New Lady? (PHOTO)

Amber Portwood's fun-loving baby daddy Gary Shirley insists that he's single and ready to mingle, but some of his recent Twitter pictures would suggest otherwise.

The MTV star-turned-organic farmer has been spending much of his free time with a mystery gal named Melanie. We couldn't help but notice her striking resemblance to Gary's former Teen Mom lady love, and our curiosity only intensified when he referred to Melanie as his "girlfriend." Ooh la la!

Mel popped up on Gary's Twitter feed yet again on Sept. 4, and this time she was spending some QT bonding with baby Leah. "Aww," Gary wrote next to a picture of the girls riding a carousel horse.

Aww, indeed! Even if Gary and Melanie are just friends, there's no denying how happy Leah looks with a female presence in her life.
