Time really flies for the moms of 16 and Pregnant. We just met Mackenzie Douthit from Season 4 a few weeks ago, and saw the cheerleader give birth to adorable baby Gannon.

But it's actually been nearly seven months since Gannon was born. And he's grown up quite a bit since then!
