Teen Mom 2's Jenelle Evans and her husband, Courtland Rogers, were arrested on April 23 for heroin possession and domestic assault, and according to E! Online Courty's still in custody at North Carolina's Caswell Beach Police Department in Brunswick County!

Jenelle was let out of the clink on two $10,000 bonds the day of her arrest (with charges of simple assault, heroin possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, and simple possession of a controlled substance), while Courtland was placed on a $20,000 bond for assault on a female, heroin possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Unfortunately for Courty, it doesn't look like his family is about to bust him out of jail soon, as he is currently being held on an additional $50,000 bond for violating the terms of his probation.

Courtland was given a two year probation sentence on April 8 after pleading guilty to two counts of assault: one against Jenelle Evans and one against their unborn child — both of which occurred during a violent fight between Jenelle and Courtland in late January.

That's right, it took Courtland less than a month to violate his probation ... what was this dude thinking?!

Check back in with Wetpaint Entertainment for the latest updates on Courty's stint in jail, and make sure to send positive thoughts to Jenelle — she's had it rough this past week.
