Dalis Connell Updates Fans on Her Mom's Condition: "She's Fighting to Hang On"

Stop what you're doing immediately and send your well wishes to Ryan Edwards's girlfriend, Dalis Connell. The college junior's mom is currently undergoing treatment for Stage 3 cancer, and her condition seems to have taken a turn for the worse.

"Just talked to my moms nurse & she's fighting to hang on," she tweeted on Sept. 9. "Pray harder please :("

According to Dalis's Twitter page, her mom was admitted to the hospital on Friday — just one month after she was diagnosed.
