This gal is furious at her ex-fiance, Gary Head, and not just for breaking her heart. Jenelle claims that Gary hit her and choked her with a bed sheet, and she has the physical evidence to prove it.

Jenelle's determined to take Gary to court for his alleged abuse, and we have a feeling this could majorly impact his job as a U.S. Marine. Gary is currently stationed at Camp Lejeune, but last time we checked, the Marines frown upon aggravated assault.

Should Gary be kicked out of his barracks on Jenelle's accusations alone, or should his personal life stay personal until he's actually convicted of a crime? Sigh, dramz.
