Teen Mom's Farrah Abraham has come under major fire thanks to a recent announcement that she tried to wax her 3-year-old daughter's unibrow. As you might expect, fans are shocked that Farrah would apply wax to Sophia's sensitive skin, but the story gets even more controversial. When the wax didn't work, Farrah waited until her daughter was asleep and then plucked the delicate hairs from her brow!
This notorious mommy took it to Good Morning America to defend her controversial parenting decision, saying "People just kept commenting on a unibrow, and I was just like 'maybe I am letting it go too far.' What I had said [to Sophia] was, 'hey, Mommy's gonna try to pluck your eyebrows because there's a little too much hair there.'"
Fans are worried that Farrah's going to give Sophia a complex, and there's also some concern that she's projecting her own insecurities onto her baby boo. "Cosmetic surgeries, to me, is something that is way different from plucking your eyebrows," Farrah says in her defense. "If I can help my daughter in a little way by just plucking a few hairs, I think I did something right."
Do you think Farrah made a bad judgement call? The folks at ABC called her actions "reprehensible," but what's your opinion?
