Farrah Abraham on Teen Mom: It's "Really Hard Seeing Myself Getting Angry With Others"

Being a Teen Mom isn't easy. There's diaper changing and sleepless nights, not to mention juggling motherhood with school and a job.

But for the girls on MTV's hit series, it's made even harder by the fact that their lives are on screen, for everybody to see. And viewers can see the good, the bad, and the sometimes very ugly.

"It was really hard seeing myself getting angry with others," Farrah Abraham admits to Ology. "I’ve learned how to better control my emotions and approach difficult situations calmly and with a level-head."

In the final season of Teen Mom, which airs this summer, Farrah says we'll see her adapt to life in Florida ... which includes some romance!

"You might see me date," she says. "I will say dating is very hard! I have a lot of dealbreakers and my standards are very high. I really appreciate a man who shares the same value system as me. Right now, my focus is Sophia and I’ll continue waiting for the man that measures up!"
