Remember when Teen Mom's Farrah Abraham told TMZ she made a sex tape for her own "personal scrapbook" and then adult film star James Deen ruined her game by telling the press they made a "very amazingly awesome" professional porno? Well homegirl is finally admitting she "hired" James for the coveted role!

According to RadarOnline, Farrah not only paid James to get down and dirty on camera, but also to stay quiet about the intimate details of their now-public 70-minute sex romp.

“I was like ‘I’m paying you to shut your mouth, you’re signing the agreement’ like that’s what it was to protect himself," Farrah revealed to Brooke Anderson from Entertainment Tonight — which is quite the revelation considering James told Wetpaint Entertainment the exact opposite in an exclusive interview a few days after their shoot.

"I can say whatever I want to," the 27-year-old porn star told us on April 11. "It's not like I have any legal restrictions in any way, shape, or form. The reason why I haven't told everyone everything is that I have respect for other people."

In James's defense, he never divulged specifics — including whether or not they used condoms (spoiler alert: they didn't) — however he did technically foil her alleged "leaked sex tape" plan by telling the press they shot a pornographic movie. And he has no regrets because he warned Farrah days in advance that her scheme would inevitably backfire.

"I was approached to do this, and I was like, 'I'm the worst person to do this.' Not to be arrogant, but if you're watching pornos and I'm in it, people are gonna know it's me," James said. "I didn't really spill the beans — people asked what we were doing. I said, 'Shooting a porno.'"

Farrah doesn't echo James's nonchalance, however, insinuating that he betrayed her and ultimately tried to steal the spotlight.

“What ended up happening was James Deen, who is in my video … thought it was OK …[to say to] the public ‘I did something with Farrah,’ but he did it in his own way of saying ‘I made a porn with her’ … [and] made it his own thing."

But in the end, Farrah came out on top (no pun intended), brokering a $1.5 million deal with Vivid Entertainment, who distributed the film for online purchase on May 6.

And as for why she made the raunchy tape in the first place? Farrah insists it wasn't about the money and she had no plans to leak it. (Yeah, OK.)

“A lot of my girlfriends who are back home … have done personal sexy shots, sexual videos … feminine things showing their sexuality and being happy for themselves,” she said. "Here I am the same age or younger as most of my friends, and I’m like, 'Why am I not [as] happy with myself as they are? Why am I not doing this for me?'"

Sigh ... that is a good question, Farrah.
