Have Maci Bookout and Ryan Edwards Hooked Up Since Their Breakup?

Maci Bookout and her baby daddy, Ryan Edwards, broke up three years ago when Bentley was just a bambino — but many fans still think they have chemistry up the wazoo. These two both jumped into serious relationships after breaking up, but did they ever hook up once they parted ways? You bet! Well, kinda.

"Since we broke up three years ago?" Maci said in response to a fan question during MTV's Ask the Moms special on Oct. 9. "Um, right when we broke up, obviously, but since then, no."

It's pretty common for couples to reconnect with some post-breakup bow-chicka-wow-wow, but it doesn't look like Maci and Ryan were intimate for too long.

Who knows what the future holds for these hotties (especially now that Maci's single), but Ryan's currently dating his supermodel girlfriend, Dalis Connell, so don't expect a sexy reunion any time soon.
