Everyone assumes that teen moms are able to bounce back to their pre-baby bikini bods immediately after giving birth. But news flash, people: Not everyone has Mackenzie Douthit's luck in the genes department.

For 16 and Pregnant's Ashley Salazar, dropping those last few pesky pounds hasn't been so easy. Luckily, she found the right exercise regimen to help her squeeze back into those size 2s.

"Truth is I worked out and did JILLIAN MICHAELS 30 DAY SHRED. I suggest it! For real. It works!" the proud mom wrote on Twitter.

Half the battle is diet, though, as Ashley reminds. However, she refused to give up some of her favorite guilty pleasures.

"I kind of ate right. Kind of didn't. Tried to but still loved my fried foods," she admitted.

Unfortunately, Ashley's had a bit of a setback in the past few days, which she vented about to her Twitter followers. 

"I have been gaining weight because i have not been working out, I am eating everything fattening, and haven't been watching my weight. My size 2's are tight on my legs out of the drier. This is not good. I have to get back into shape. it is not HEALTHY!"

Don't worry, Ashley! You'll get back on track in no time. And remember, there's nothing wrong with a size 4. Plus, we're convinced you'd look great at any weight!
